Hello all!

I wanted to introduce myself as well as my plans for this blog. My name is José Rodríguez, I’m a Football fanatic from the USA. I’ve been playing FM since FM18 and I’ve been playing nonstop since.

As you can tell by the title of the blog, I’m put a lot of focus on developing youth players coming through the academy. The “developing centre” has become my favorite feature on FM, it made me excited to see the journey of your youth players through out your save.

In my next post I’ll touch on my managing style then followed by my current save with 3. Liga side Sportclub Verl and how I came to that decision.
